hmmm depends on when...but then again 24 hours a day...24 beers in a case....coincidence? i dont think so

Not entirely. It IS bad for your liver to shock your system like that, and after a while you will get the infamous "beer belly" because alcohol is very caloric and gets stored as fat. But i'd say once a week is a tad better than drinking 3 beers a day. Just make sure you have a full stomach before pounding 12 beers orelse you might send yourself to the hospital with alcohol poisoning.

No problem. I don't want to point out the obvious mistake in your question, but you said 12 beers once a week instead of 12 beers a day. Not that I'm being pickie or anything....

Well, two beers a day would be 14 beers, and that is okay, I guess. I think the real question is could you STOP drinking 12 beers a week?

I think the best yardstick is to ask your family and friends if they think alcohol is causing problems. They will see it much easier than you will. If there aren't any bad effects, maybe it's okay for you.
