Hahaha I love the Jersey answer...I live in Jersey and its VERY TRUE.
But seriously, they burn most of the waste. Some of the lower-level biohazardous waste is actually disposed of in a landfill in the approved container. (lower level --> stuff that is not saturated in blood/body parts/needles etc)

Much of the body parts are incinerated in the facility furnance. Other hazardous materials like needles, latex gloves , etc are also suppose to be disposed of according to OSHA guidelines, but these items are oursourced for disposal.

It is transported to a storage area where it is burnt ( incinerated ) or encapsulated and buried in a hazardous waste dump site...

depends on the removal company...lot's use to just throw it in the dump...or the ocean, stricter laws now, so they actually have to do something like burn it....
