Philippine Airlines, the only carrier operating Manila-Los Angeles, offers 9 weekly service in Summer 2006.

Total flying time from Los Angeles to Manila:

PR103 16hrs 35mins Boeing 747 daily
PR113 17hrs 05mins Airbus 340 2 weekly

due to the weight carried on the aircraft, range, and wind issues, the flight requires a fuel stop in Guam for 50 minutes.

So the total flying time above includes the 50 minute fuel stops.

I flew from San Diego to Thailand and that was 19. So, I would guesstimate about 12-14 hours. Thats if you go non stop. Otherwise you are looking at a stopover in Honolulu or Guam.
