Anyone know how to remove Microsoft Error Codes: COOD2EEA and COOD11DA?

I'm trying to access In2tv and I keep getting those error codes tha keep me from watching the programs. Evidently the windows media player (old & new versions) do't work.Anyone know the e-mail for Microsoft (main office).
