I usually don't answer questions like these but It'll give me a chance to relive some of my old adventures, I was lucky and got a few myself... It usually involves breaking a girls Hymen a piece of skin that blocks most of the entrance, this results in blood and a little bit of discomfort ranging to outright pain in your victim lady friend. Girls who lose their their virginity are ussualy very tight inside so it feels difrent than if you sleep with a girl whos had sex alot, although some girls seem to stay tight longer than others.
Some girls lose their cherries young my youngest was 14, some much later, my oldest was 21. Despite the age difference the 14 year old took it much better than the 21year old. So in my oppinion age plays no factor in what a girl can accomidate, hope this helps.

As the guy said, she'll probably cry, bleed or be very very sore. Sex for the first time hurts girls, except for a few. Thats why guys have to take it easy with them, or just be a sex god with a great pair of hands, hehehe.
