Perhaps you could work and buy it yourself?
Perhaps you could be grateful for the one you have, instead of always looking for more?
You parents do not owe you anything. I do not know you, but the tone of your question makes you seem like a spoiled brat, who expects things just because they want them. If this is not the case, I am sorry, but I get tired of people who expect things to be given them, rather than earning them!!

Maybe if you pout enough and throw temper tantrums they may get off their butts and rush out and get you a new one.
Or, if you're more mature than that:
Perhaps they're trying to teach you a lesson on the value of earning things for yourself and make you realize they won't be around forever to spoil you.
"Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. TEACH a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime!"
Besides, if you earn the money yourself, it'll last longer because you will appreciate it more and take better care of it.

Why dont you appreciate the fact that they bought you one at all, money doesn't grow on trees or havnt you figured that out yet. Go get a job save your money, buy it yourself, then maybe you'll appreciate what you have.

Work and earn the money to pay for it,
- plus a new helmet,
- plus the vehicle insurance,
- plus the deductible on your medical insurance.
