I have yet to hear of ONE family that has something positive to say about this entity ,could someone please enlighten me if I'm wrong? Only if you know firsthand experience,not speculation,please.

I am answering this as a Florida paralegal and ex FederalOfficer, without this division there would be a whole lot more horror stories then you could ever imagine. I have personally utilized them in many abuse cases, some of which would make you cry, where the kids would have been killed or seriously hurt. Unfortunately, society today only wants to hear the negative side of any story and thats what sells news. If you want to see first hand, volunteer at the agency near you, and I will guarantee you that in the first wek you will have your heart broken and a whole new outlook on this fine agency

drugs in a home was reported to DFX. they did not rush in and take the kids out. they visited and observed and said they would be back in 1 week. they were. and this time they did drug test. parents still had not cleaned up so 8 yr old was put in grandmother custody. DFX continued stopping by parents to see if they were going thru drug rehab. they were. within a few months DFX returned child to home after parents tested clean. they did not rush in with weapons while yanking the children out. they truly wanted the kid with the parents but until the drugs were gone it could not happen. there was no food or electricity. I think they used very good judgement in the whole situation. m
