I believe that my crush wants me to be nice to his co-worker friends in order for him to approach me. In my own opinion I think that you don't have to be extra nice to his friends in order for him to approach you. I have the tendency not to say anything like saying good morning to someone I am not use to like saying good morning if they don't address it first. If I come across one of his friends I mostly give eye contact and they nod, but most of the time they put they head down. Is that a bad sign.

i understand what you mean i usually don't "good morning" until someone says it to me first. However, your crush shouldn't need you to be nice for him to approach you. If he likes you enough he'll ask you with or without his friends help.

Maybe the crush likes you but is thinking that you are a little up tight and un-friendly and they would really be into you if they didn't think that. Maybe you need to lighten up a little and open up to those around you, I think that you would be surprised.
