I have been wearing the glue on extensions for about two months now. It looks really sexy when I have them on, but now Im ebarrast to be seen without them, since i think they are making my ahir fall out. Or maybe Ive been getting used to how it feel with them on that when i dont wear them, it just feels like i have less hair. Do extensions put stress on my roots causing my hair to fall out?. And if so, are there any other kind of extensions that are less damaging to my hair?

The glue that you apply on the scalp of your head when you put on the extensions is what is not good for your scalp/ hair. There is another alternative way to have extensions in your hair and at the same time not use the glue. You can get someone to "weave" it in. A lot of Black people are good at that or you can go get "tracks" from a Salon. This is a safer method, what they do is braid ( cornroll) your natural hair and then sew on the extensions to the braid ( from my understanding).

Hope that helps!

Its best to avoid that hair glue.

They don't really make you hair fall out, but they do cause you hair to break off at the root, which is pretty much just as bad. Just let you hair take a break and become healthy and try wearing the occasional wig if you want sexy hair without the trouble. Not all wigs are cheap looking. Many companies make quality wigs that look just like real hair. Some even have a cap that make the part look like your real scalp. Go to a wig shop and check it out.

It all depends on what kind of extensions you use and how they are put into your hair. Most likely in your case, theyre arent put in right. Ive worn extensions glued into my hair and my hair has never fallen out because of it. Some extensions make your hair grow also. Also, you could be having a allergic reaction to the glue that was used. I suggest going to a proffessional to get your hair done right. If you are already going to one that does your hair you should talk to them about the hair falling out situation. Hopefully they will be able to fix and eliminate the problem

When wearing extension I recomend you visit the stylist weekly. She/he should care enough about yourt hair to keep it growning.

No extension should not break your hair off. I have known it to grow the hair. After a period of time (it depends what you are wearing) may cause a little thinning. That is why you would visit the stylist once a week. She/he should be tending to your scalp and hair for breakage or thinning.

They shouldn't make your hair fall off. No, they can't but the extensions might fall out by them selves.

you should know what you are getting into before u invest the time, effort and money. Properly applied and taken care of, your weave or extensions can give you months of attention getting pleasure. Or u can take care of it part time and look like a cat has been suckling your tresses...its up to u.

very widespread! they ought to make money one way or the different, so sure whenever you vigorously brush them you'll lose some hairs. attempt utilising an truly huge toothed comb to gently eliminate any tangles. also let them air dry before combing out!
