You should just look for a girl that dosen't look flighty from the outside and then try to get to know her. If you don't like her as a friend then you will never like her in a relationship. if she is deep as a friend and cares about everything that you are saying she will be that way in the relationship and if she isint stuck up or prissy in the friendship she wont be that way in the relationship
so really the key is to know who she is and what you are getting into before starting the relationship with her GOOD LUCK BUD

lol, I almost past you by after the generalized slam, but realize that to some extent you are sadly correct. First, might I say, by your description, you are going with the looks first, IQ second approach? There are plenty of intelligent people out there. It was once said to me by a male friend he wanted to find a woman who did not know she was pretty. When you start to talk to a woman you should realize within the first 10 minutes what they are like. If they talk about themselves for 8, walk away. If you can share a conversation, maybe there is hope.

Did you go to college? (didn't find any there?)
Library? (didn't find any there?)
Church? (didn't find any there?)
If you're still in high school, give it time. You'll find someone that's right for you.
If you are older - try finding a civic association, or a business association in your area. A lot of these have functions where you get to make contacts, and at the same time, meet new people. Chances are, you will find some lady with at least 3/4 of a brain.

There are plenty of women who fit the description that ur looking for. In order to get one u have to do ur part by giving her a chance to be herself with u! Also if u start off any relationship with a negative outlook then u can't expect it to get better until u change ur outlook. Just keep lookin im sure the right girl will turn up.

If you are looking for someone like that, try looking at the average girls (like if you go to school pick one of the less popular girls, or at work one of the girls who don't know everyone in the office)
Look for someone you think you might be interested in.
