Some of these answers put me in mind of the people who laughed and ridiculed Noah as he was building his ark (it had never rained before that.) They thought he was an old crazy God-believing man...Then it started raining, imagine their surprise....they drowned, as they were partying and doing wickedness. HMMMM, the Bible says that people in the end times will be as in the days of Noah.....and will ridicule the believers. I await the day my Lord returns. Because I want all non-believers to get their "proof"~ Unfortunately, then I think it will be too late for them . and that is sad.

Dear Carmen C,

According to everything we presently know from the Bible, it appears that the year 2011 may be the end of the world. Please look at 2 Peter 3:6-10. Notice that God inserts the verse Be not deceived brethren that 1 day is with the Lord as a 1000 years and a thousand is as a day. The verse falls between the verse where God speaks of the flood He sent to destroy the world in Noah's day and the verse telling us at the end of the world God will destroy the world by fire. Remember in Genesis 7 the Lord told Noah 7 days before the flood to bring all the animals and his family into the ark to reserve them alive. If we know the date of Noah's flood, then all we have to do is to add 7000 years to it to find the year in which the world will end!! That year is 4990 B.C. (you can only get this information by following the pattern that God gives in the Bible for marker patriarchs. It turns out that the date falls on 2011!! This appears to be the date of the Lord's second coming and the end of the world (there is also much other information from the Bible that gives support to this date also). If you would like further info see www.familyradio.com. All the literature is free. I hope this blesses you.

Doubt...you do not believe in the redemption means of Christ...it really is a seed planted deeply on your ideas that has been placed there with the help of devil...Do you've faith that Jesus is in a position to cleanse you from all unrighteousness? in case you do not believe this then you truthfully do not believe that what Jesus did on the go replaced into powerful for this reason Gods plan replaced into defective...God won't be able to fail and Jesus won't be able to fail...it is an oppression from the enemy...you should face upon Gods word and believe...locate each scripture that speaks of the redeeming means of Jesus and use that as a sword adversarial to the enemy..you're saying to him as Jesus did.."it really is Written...and get this on your heart..it gained't ensue in one day notwithstanding the extra you feed your spirit the interest of God the more suited your faith will grow to be.

Care to bet on it? I'd put up big money saying that there aren't going to be any gods appearing in the next few months (or years, or decades, but I don't want to wait that long to collect).

Of course this is a sucker bet - they've been saying that some god was going to come soon for a heck of a long time, with no results.

God is coming soon. The Bible is full of prophecies that have come true and that are coming true right in front of our eyes. It's very exciting.

If you want to find out all about those prophecies, go to the following website and take their free Bible Prophecy studies.

There is also an article on the same site that talks about what Left Behind left behind. Find out what the Bible really says.

God loves each one of us desperately, and He wants to take each of us back with Him when He comes. Do you want to go?

Oh yes, I certainly do.

However, no one knows the day or the hour when these things shall happen

Jesus said, "Two men will be working in a field, one will be taken, the other left behind. So be prepared, because you don't know what day your Lord is coming. The Son of Man will come when least expected.

No. I'm not saying the earth won't ever self destruct, it might. But I don' t believe in anything like the rapture. Nope.

What I believe is God is all of us and when we die, we connect with other pieces of God (other humans) and that's how we return to god.

I won't bother explaining further because you probably aren't listening anyway.
