I say pesonality is about 90% the most important thing to me personally. It all depends on the guy though. If they are sex crazed then they could care less about personality.

I've discovered that no matter how good a girl looks, it can't make up for no personality. Looks do matter, because a relationship needs physical attraction as well, but looks aren't everything. I look for a good balance of looks and personality in girls.

well thats hard to answer, looks matter in ways for guys cause we are visual creatures...but if the guy is mature and smart, looks will just be what attracts him, your personality will be what makes him stay or leave

Not really. I cannot date anyone who's a real *****, no matter how hot they are. I can't date boring people who are just like all the other hot girls...uniqueness required.
