Each person is different, so there is no way for any of us on Yahoo!Answers to give you a good answer. However, diet and exercise is the way to lose weight and you appear to be doing that. Good luck.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Don't know. Why don't you do that, non-stop, for the next four weeks and then write back from your hospital bed and let us know?

Seriously, fruits contain carbohydrates and can contribute to weight gain if not eaten in the right quantities. We need carbohydrates, so don't think of totally eliminating them. Salads are as healthy as what you put in/on them. If you don't like them then you'll feel deprived eating them and you'll break this diet.

You need a lifestyle change to lose weight. See a doctor and let her help you sensibly plan a strategy for losing weight over the long term. This is more effective and healthier.

Whatever the event is that you are trying to kill yourself to lose weight for in the next 4 weeks is not worth the effort. People should take you as you are in any social setting. If they can't and you do succeed in losing the weight, they'll just find something else to talk about; like your hairstyle or your outfit.

Make weight loss a goal for yourself and not an occasion. What goes up, must come down. But in the case of weight loss that means patience, a controlled method of eating a variety of healthy foods, and exercise.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

depending on your current weight you can loose 4 to 80 pounds
if you are 100lb then youll probably lose 5 lb wich is really bad. if you are 350 youll lose 80 lb
but your need alot of protien so eat beans and have turkey cause its the healthiest of all meats
and running up and down the stairs isnt too great. try running around your street instead

Protein need to lose weight and to repair muscle after working out. When muscles repair themselves, they grow. But that depends on the type of exercise. Usually lifting heavy weights breaks muscles more. So, there is more growth during repairs. Add a healthy fat into your diet, too. Salmon, flax seeds, nuts, olive oil. Weight loss varies from person to person. Cut meal portions in half. Limiting carbs....bread, pasta, rice etc. with daily exercise....at least a mile + walking or a daily run and daily fruits and salads...again limiting carb intake. At least two litres of water daily intake also. Attempt to limit yourself to white meat only...ie: chicken, pork etc.and cut back on potatoes if not totally eliminate them replacing with veggies such as corn,carrots etc. Also bananas are a good source of pottasium which alleviate cramps due to the walking/running/exercise the body is not used to. I managed to lose considerable weight with this regime....20 lbs first month. Note that to achieve your weight loss you have to be loyal and devoted to above directions.

you should be able to lose 5 to 7 pounds in 4 weeks with a very strict diet and exercise regime. Don't forget your protein

that depends a lot on your body type and how well you eat all around...if you don't get enough of all of the nutrients that your body requires (i.e. carbs/proteins/fats, etc.) your body may revolt on you--you may not lose any weight because your body will be holding on to the little bit of those nutrients it's getting each day instead of burning them. do what you're doing, but make sure you're getting an absolutely balanced diet so your body can function and work for you at its optimal level. hope that helps!
