Can an acting agency help him get his papers in order?? My friend is 14 years old, and he is a GREAT actor. He is a bit rough around the edges, but he can make it!! Any info? Thanks!

At the agency I am currently at, they have given citizenship to a few people that come in. I don't need it, but my friend does, and I wanna help him.

Unfortunately most likely not. The visas that companies are allowed to sponsor require that the employee has significant training and skills and that he/she is already qualified to perform the job. The company has to prove that they posted the job and other americans are not available or able to perform the job.
Adoption is a legal way to get into this country and it would allow immediate legal access. If your parents or another citizen were williing to adopt him before he turns 16 he can remain here legally.
Otherwise he has to have a legal family member here to sponser his application, and that can take up to 10 years to process.
Good luck.
For more info search the internet for H1-b visas.

If the agency was willing to pay the money to get him citizenship and then he would have to pass the citizenship test that they give. They could also pay the money to get him a green card I guess. Of course I think he has to come from his legal country to get this stuff.

Sure, he can become a fine actor IN HIS OWN COUNTRY! If he is here illegally he needs to return to his own country.
Are you going to now argue that getting into the movie business is a job that Americans won't do?

don't you think he'll have to actually do the job himself. A billion other people want an acting job. If he so great why not go to home and become a star in his own right there.

Yes. There is an agency called the I.N.S.
He should give them a call.
They'll even escort him to his next audition, which, incidentally, should be across the border.

Sure. He can go back to Mexico or wherever and make it there and then it will be easier for him to make it here. Y'know, like Selma Hiyak.
