personally my first impression is looks and how they communicate.

I am a 59 male and the first impression is the way they dress and the way they communicate with me . Looks is not that important if they dress sloppy and can not carry on a decent conversation

my first impression is usually the way they communicate. I am a pretty quiet person, & if they are friendly I usually take to them well. But if they act like they have an attitude (which i am pretty sure I look like i do since I am quiet) i usually don't want to talk to them anymore.

depends on where we are meeting, obviously if its on the beach, it would be the way they look, but if its in a business meeting or with family, it would be the way they talk and present themselves, takes about 15 seconds to get a good idea of where they are coming from...they are doing the same regarding you!

when i first meet a guy the first thing i notice is the way they smile they have to have a nice smile....

i would have to say mine would be the way they look meaning not if they are "ugly" or what not like how they are dressed (how they feel about them selves)

Hygiene, if it is not good I don't even go there. Teeth especially, bad teeth are such a huge!!!!!! turn-off. Next is dirty nails.
