I have been using glass ware to heat up my food for many years as I discussed this with a professor in my chemistry class years ago. Yes, it is scary to think of, and it is a fact. Primarily though, I use the webber cooker and the oven to cook my foods..and I ALWAYS stand away from the microwave when it is on..and I have taught this to my 4 kids too.

I knew a lot of this stuff already, but the freezing the water bottles is kind of a shock. All the teachers I know do that so they have cold water as the day goes on. I'll have to let them know. Good thing I kept reading. Thanks!
