I got heartache, my heart is physically hurting, also I'm depressed and I can feel a strange feeling in my stomach.....

Love sickness is a cute way to say depression! or you have the Blues. and yes it can make you very sick and it can even kill a person. becuase some people get so sick they dont eat or sleep and they are stressed all the time, so yeah its bad

OFcourse....and this is terrible..coz u wont look great like u normally do..and feel a bit drained...........maybe a lot!
A person should have a better control and try to not give his heart away easily..never!
