i think it's different for everyone. i started at 150 and got up to 190. i'm down to 165 right now and it's been a battle for me. i have always lost weight very easily, but not this time. everyone told me that if i breast fed it would fall off, wrong! they told me if i went out and walked every day it would fall off, wrong! after my son was born i gained 5 pounds. i have lost 5 pounds in 8 months. i finally broke down and bought one of those tony little gazelle things. it's nice. it makes me sweat and i don't have to drag my son out in the heat to do it. just watch what you eat. eating for 2 does not mean you can eat double servings.

If you were big before you were pregnant than you might only gain about 15-20 IBS, that is if you eat right and not fatty food, than you shouldn't gain more than 20 pounds. Your lucky your only gaining 15-20 IBS, women who were at normal weight before getting pregnant gain about 25-30ibs.

don't worry, besides the baby, you have lots of water in the womb. So you have like more than at least 20 lbs in weight when the baby is full grown in the womb like 8 months

hey, i cant answer your question, but please don't fret over your weight. Your child's health should come first, before your concerns for how hard you'll have to work after your pregnancy.
I gather it will definitely be hard work either way.
