Is answering questions on here considered as "some thing to do" or are we all bored and stupid?

That is not true, I have a lot of intelligent friends and they do get bored. Intelligent people are just ordinary people and everybody gets bored no matter who u are. If you say that you never get bored then why do you waste your time on this cite. No offense people but the only reason why I am on this cite is because there is absolutely nothing else to do and obviously you all think the same way about that or you would not be here neither.

I agree with 'justbeingme' I deem myself to be a very intelligent person and I'd have to say that it does take a lot to satisfy my craving for enthrallment. My family gets elated over every little thing, but they don't seem to have the competence of enjoying every intellectual insight. So in my assessment based on my family (mainly my brother, in which I am drawing this termination from) is that dim-witted fools get more easily entertained vs. intellectuals.

True--- IF the person is restricted in their activity.

A job can be boring.

A class can be boring.

And before you start bringing up how intelligence = imagination... teachers and bosses are busy saying "Stop daydreaming! Get those forms/worksheets filled out already!"

I think intelligent people get bored more easily, because it takes more tho get their minds stimulated. Intellectuals are less easily facinated than lose of less intellect. Just my opinion!
