I get depressed, occasional OCD, been having weird thoughts about sex, etc like I sometimes fantasize about sex with an unconscious woman even though I know it's wrong, I get obsessed with things, and I get jealous.

Yes it sounds like you do need therapy or counselling. Having weird thoughts about sex is fine, most people will have those at some point in their life. Lots of people have fantasies, but they don't act on those fantasies and that's the big difference. Just because you fantasize about something doesn't mean you are going to act out on that.
Lots of people are jealous too.
but you do need counselling or therapy for depression and OCD.

You are obviously reaching out for answers, and so I'd say you need therapy. At least a therapist can give you the reassurance you need, or some help with these troubling thoughts. Good luck.

if you think you get depressed, you need to seek help from a mental health professional. choose a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner (A.P.R.N.) so they can prescribe medication if you need it.

the hardest part is admitting, yes, maybe I need to see someone. once you make the appointment, if the therapist is good, he or she can help you figure out what you need, likely medication and therapy together.

every man I know (including myself) has fantasies about "wrong" sex. if you're not drugging and raping your dates, you're probably all right in that department, but a therapist can help you explore that aspect of your personality, as well as your depression.

Like my Mother always says...it's ok to think about killing people, it's not ok to go through with it. Most people have some sort of deviant sexual fantasy. Your ability to control those feelings is what will keep you out of jail.

You sound like a classic bi-polar. Look it up in a google search. I would recommend counseling.

maybe not therapy....just a lil bit of reality.....If u feel its getting out of hand...then okay....but think about other options...then therapy
