If you've only seen her once and she knows you work like a dog then she needs to be patient.

whatever she does she doesn't want to give him any grief as he will immediately make him think she will not tolerate his high flying life.

Her plan should be to ring him when you think he's not at work and try and arrange a date and tell him what your feeling. Then play things from there.

If she can't get through she should never appear desperate on the phone. Don't ring back etc.

P.S At the end of the day he could be a scumbag that's got 5 other women on the go.

a problem with all women, they have a guy and if his work is long hours, or overtime, because he is trying to get on in the company, they get uptight, because they think they are the only thing he should have in his life, and he shoud be there every minute of every day, and if he is around their feet they tell him to go and get a job, or take up a hobby if he has a job.
why don't women realise they are only a part of the big picture, and not the whole thing. It puts a big strain on a relationship if the woman starts to get stupid about the hours her partner works, and tries to stop him by complaining he is never with her. in such a situation the man is better off alone, with casual realtionships, than put up with that pityful situation.

You need to take a chill pill. I have had relationships like that. I own my own company and sometimes I have to work 7 days a week. Be greatfull for the time he has to spend with you.

I would say you are over reacting - but having chatted with ladies on dating sites it does seem there are a lot of blokes out there letting the rest of us men down.

If i really liked someone I would spend every minute i could with them -work or no work

Well she should understand that if your working then your working, but if the guy really likes her then he needs to make some more time for her.

if the girl is getting upset because the guy doesn't spend time with her on his days off it might be okay.but she can't expect him to quit his job just to hang with her all day.to the girl, ever hear the expression absence makes the heart grow fonder?

I would spend more than once a week, if it was a relationship, of course. If you two are only dating or you two are still fresh, than yes, it's fine.

Well he could quit his job so he has more time for her but then she would have to support him. Of course he might have a wife that takes up his time, I have heard of that.
