I think it will work as long as you are wearing it while you do sit ups.

the sauna belt..ok sorry to break it to you but NO it does not work...at least not as well as you would like it too. It's not a one time use, it's just a belt that you wear which claims to shrink your tummy down but basically it just heats up and in turn makes you, or moreso your tummy, sweat. It is scientifically not possible to turn a big belly into 6 pack abs...it just won't happen. A better choice would be to do cardio exercises which will allow someone to lose weight all over and in turn give you a flatter tummy. Performing ab exercises, like situps, will also help you define your tummy once the excess fat around it is lost. My opinion is don't waste your money on it...and the informercials that they put on tv about the wonderful results are all fake so don't believe it!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

It will help you shed off water weight and that's about it, so you could loose up to 5-10 pounds, depending on the person, with this sauna belt but no more then that, because your sweating lots doesn't mean your loosing fat.

the only thing that will help with weight loss is EATING RIGHT and EXERCISE. Stop with these stupid diet fads. If you use this to lose weight, you will have to wear it the rest of your life or you will gain the weight back. So STOP and just EAT A BALANCED DIET and EXERCISE. Do not snack between meals and stop sitting on the couch all day.

I dont think it would help long term. Maybe short term... but, doubt it. The only thing that will work, unfortuatly is a hard work out. *pout* LOL! ;)
