It depends on many factors. Life is easier for Israeli Arabs than for those who are *not* Israeli citizens living in Israel.

Muslims (and Christians...and Bahai...etc. for that matter) have full religious freedom in Israel. Marriage and divorce are handled by their own religious organizations. They are free to take Friday as their day off work.

Arabs (again *citizens*) are free to travel throughout Israel the same as Jews. In some places, they are *more* free to travel than Jews (for instance, over the border with the PA in some places). They are free to shop at any location they choose.

Security is, of necessilty, sometimes stricter when dealing with Arabs than with Jews. Where a Jewish Israeli may be given a cursory security check, an Arab may be checked much more thoroughly. It is an unfortunate result of the facts of life in Israel--that people of a certain racial background are more likely to be involved in murder.

Arab communities are also discriminated against to a certain degree in the national budget. Arab towns and villages are more likely to be missing some infrastructure, including schools. (However, it should be noted that Jewish schools in Israel are also underfunded--in fact, *private* schools get more government money per student than public schools!!)

And all of the above is more true of Muslim Arabs and their communities than of Christian ones--again primarily because of the threat of terror. It is a fact that Muslims are more likely to be involved in terror than Christians.

Despite the drawbacks, most Israeli Arabs wouldn't leave to live in the PA or another Arab country. They are in better financial shape than they would be living among "their own". I personally know of at least one middle-class Arab village that is hoping and working to remain within the Israeli borders even though the international community thinks they want to be part of the PA. They can't state it *out loud* (their lives would be at stake!!), but it is clear that they do want to remain in Israel.

Before the Jews moved back to Israel, the Arabs were not actively doing too well. However, after 1948 when Israel reclaimed it's birthright, the Israeli Arabs found that the Israelis had brought in commerce & industrialization which increased the living standards for the Arabs to enjoy & appreciate. Also, the Israelis are incredibly gifted at working the soil to make it bloom & rejoice. What was once barren has now become fertile again. This has brought job security & a more productive economy which the Arabs again have enjoyed.

Israeli Arabs are actually very happy to leave in Israel cause its a very modern and developed country. Not many incidents of Israeli-Arabs that did terror bombing, its the Palestinians that fight Israel. Israel is a good place to live, and the Arabs are thankful that they have Israeli citizenship, they live in a democracy, (unlike Palestine). The Israeli Arabs make money, have good homes, have businesses, get social security, get free health insurance, free unemployment and everything. you don't get that in the other territories unless u are an Israeli citizen.

Muslim Arabs are being brutally killed by the Jews over there. Also, the U.S. government is supporting those Jews in Israel. Oh, yes, America is EXTREMELY just. America has NO history of tyranny or having a totalitarian government that encourages other governments outside U.S. to act similarly!

no longer some thing occurs in one day. It takes time for boom, as you will locate Turkey, Egypt and Jordan have already signed peace treaties with Israel. it isn't basic for them to settle for the Jewish State even as they felt it to be an Arab usa. yet in time they're going to finally settle for Israel because it truly is Israel and which couldn't change.
