'in' a girl? That's a pretty leading question... :-)
I think for me the biggest thing is genuine enthusiasm in bed: a girl who knows what she wants and how to get it. I don't really care about hair color or have a specific body type I go for, and I couldn't care less about eye color. Good looks, a good body, a fun personality, and smarts are all nice.
