I know eating fiber does it but that's long term. I'm really asking is how do you make yourself instaneously deficate before a period of time when you jsut can't go to the bathroom like before a concert or going out on a sailboat. And is it healthy?

This is a good question... and when I first read the introduction of your question I wasn't thinking of deficating, but simply pissing. If you really want to clear-out your bowels, take a large dose of whatever stool-softener or laxative that really works for your particular system (bowels) at least 48 hours before the event in which you don't want to be suddenly "disturbed". Everyone has their own particular bowel-habits, which only you know the particulars. But in general, a good laxative 48 hours before, will probably apply to just about anyone.

I'm not for sure if I getting this right but I answer to the best of my ability. well this is what I would do....OK if I knew I was going somewhere in advance the day before or hrsssssssss before I would take some type of laxative. I don't see why it would be unhealthy unless you were to make this apart of your daily routine. I don't think you are going to a concert or out sail boating everyday?? Then maybe this might be a problem but consult your doctor

Go buy some sliced ham at the grocery store. Leave it set out at room temperature for 4 hours.
Make a sandwich and eat it.
After about 6 to 8 hours you will have a horrific bowel movement.
You won't have to go again for 3 or 4 days.

Or go buy a bottle of Magnesium Citrate at the drug store.
Drink it. Takes about 2 hours.

No, not good for you.
Your body needs to be able to absorb all the nutrients it can in the short time you have it in you--so get on a schedule.
Don't do drugs, but I would suggest that you take 2 aloe capsules before you go to bed, with a glass of water, and when you arise in the morning, every morning, like clockwork, this natural plant fiber will have lubricated your intestines ao that your bowels are ready to clear and you can get on with your day.
Gentle, non-habit forming, natural and safe.
See a local health food store.
Be good to yourself.

ummm... just prepare ahead of time before you go to things that might not allow you to use the facilities... Ive personally never had this dilemma but i would say eat the high fibers a good amount of time before the event and take a minor laxative approved by your doctor.... and good luck!!! also, make sure you are drinking an adequate amount of water.

If you have to worry about pre-meditaded beefing it sounds like something is already unhealthy. I would get checked out by a general physician if you have problems with deficating

no it's not healthy, if your that worried about it just fast or eat very light for the 24 hours before you trip, laxatives are not recommended, there's no way of telling exactly when they'll take effect or how often you'll go before they're done working

Well, you can't just instantly do that, it does take time, you might want to try more vitamin C in your diet as well as the fiber to help.
