Sometimes there only funny from one side

Funny jokes are often complex or obscure. If a person is dumb or not cultured they may not have the price of admission, so to speak, to enjoy a good joke. Other times a person (probably also dumb) is too simple to enjoy anything that isn't a potty joke or something corny.
If youre very advanced, like myself, you can enjoy all types of jokes from the very base foul humor to very high minded jokes.
If someone doesnt get jokes they probably also make really lame obvious jokes and the best thing to do is wait until they arent looking and crack them in the head with a brick.

Some people have no sense of humor. Take the Jewish people for instance. They have produced some of the funniest com medians and are among the most highly comedic people on Earth. However, there is a percentage of Jewish people who believe they have a sense of humor, but couldn't pull a genuine laugh out of a hooker with a hundred dollar bill taped to their forehead. These people have their own "comedians" that they truly believe to be funny, like Bob Saget and Jackie Mason, who are nothing more than a huge snooze.

I have a theory , I think because they are sitting down at their computers the jokes go over their heads !!!!!
