Im white and my hair grows like a million/4 an inch each month:( i think of its all genes and texture. Dont be so jealous over white chicks hair believe me my hair is a soreness in the @$$ too. Its asian and indian women that have such dazzling hair:( anyhow. you may desire to apply deep conditioner larger high quality products. No drugstore crap. try moroccan and argan oil products they go away my hair very delicate. yet to be honest with out disrespect if I had african hair i might basically provide up and stitch a weave in my head xD

Do not use heat, blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons. Keep it clean. Moisturize it to prevent breakage. Prenatal vitamins help. Use a good scalp conditioner like Mizani Rose H2O, low stress styles: braids, ponytails. Keep your over all health good and it really will grow.

no heat except sitting under a dryer. Take a high dose of Vitamin E , Biotin ,and MSM. I did and my hair grew 6 inches and was very healthy in a year.

Why don't you try taking a vitamin. Something like Centrum. It's full spectrum and it should also help your nails grow faster too. Give it a try...one a day.....every day. Best of luck.......

My neice uses this conditoner that makes your hair grow faster. I don't remember the name of it though, try wallmart. k

All you need to do is keep your hair fron being dry at all. Oil sheen is the bast. Try to prevent it from being broke off by not using curling irons & blowdryers too much. Keep your dead/split ends cut. Trust me it works.
