Mat 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you;
seek, and ye shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened unto you
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

No one is a complete idiot! it sounds like you need to discuss this situation with someone face to face, perhaps a counselor or psychologist. Interrupted sleep and not getting enough sleep can make the kind of problems you described worse. There are many other people out there with similar problems so don't feel isolated. See someone as soon as possible to talk about whats bothering you and to come up with some solutions together. Good Luck and be at peace.

I wouldn't say you're an idiot,but something is going on in that head of yours.You probably need medication to straighten things out.Medication isn't bad or scary,and it sounds like it's needed.You don't always have to take it forever for things like that.Just go to the doctor and try to find something that works for you.Otherwise,especially if your sleep is being disrupted,you will go completely crazy.I hope you can find some relief soon.

You're probably not a complete idiot. The President of the United States beat you to it.
Really, you may be depressed with some obsessive-compulsive disorder. The only way to know is to go to a shrink.

NO! You have all the signs of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) . You need a Doctor that does Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.(DBT). Look it up on the web and read some of the fact sheets.

I think you have too much on your mind. Try taking sometime for yourself to just think and get these things out. Perhaps a vacation would help. try talking about these things with someone just to get them out in the open. If all this goes without success then I suggest seeing a psychologist.

Yes, you are. Just asking that type of question puts you in the catagory of idiot.
If I were you, I would have yourself committed. It is the best thing to do, plus get a frontal lobotomy while you are there. It will be worth it, getting rid of idiots like yourself will make for a better planet.
Good luck!!
