Ask her her likes and then make a meal(s) for 5 around what she likes. You can add other stuff to make a complete meal and just let her eat what she likes. It's only two days; she won't starve to death.

Chicken tenders (make them yourself from boneless chicken strips, and breadcrumbs). Have a variety of dipping sauces: ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, ketchup, honey mustard. Serve with a simple potato side dish (instant mashed, scalloped, au-gratin - betty crocker makes tons of varieties) and a veggie like peas or corn (most picky eaters like them). Throw in a tossed salad - make a mini salad bar so picky eaters don't get stuck with toppings they don't like. Put out a bowl of lettuce and little bowls or a big platter with all the toppings in pretty rows like cucumber slices, tomato slices, onions, celery, green pepper strips, radishes, shredded carrots, etc. You get the idea. Have some different dressing choices, you should be ok.

bonless chicken breast- wash. cut into stips and brush honey mustard on them. Then dip in a mixture of 1/2 cup bread crumbs and1/4 cup parmesean cheese. bake in oven about 20 min, at 400 degrees until they look golden brown or juices are no longer pink. Serve with any veggies (such as corn, baked fries, salad, pasta). Most all kids like Chicken tenders or nuggets

Serve tacos with all the trimmings and let her choose what she wants to put on hers.
Also serve 2 simple side dishes such as corn and glazed sweet potatoes (the slightly sweet taste of the glaze provides a contrast to the taco flavor.)

Have a variety of pizza toppings on hand and ask her how she likes hers....then make her a personal pizza if her taste is different from the rest of the family.

Make the meal for everyone, and if she doesn't like it, tough beans. If she's hungry, she'll eat.
