I think you are overanalyzing. God gives us a free will to make exciting choices like this. If you believe what you said, you may spend your life wondering where the perfect one went. The fact is, we're all human and we all screw up so it comes down to whether or not you can commit to and love your spouse through anything.

God definitely knows are wants and likes and i do believe our significant other or others are "chosen" for us by God, but He is a God of LOVE and there's no such thing as a "one time love".
that's just what i think. God bless!!!

It is all part of the great design of God's infinite works. From the sprawling tapestry of nature to the movements of the stars and planets then back to your individual soul --- and the soul of another.
Whether or not two intended souls become as one... is in God's mighty hands alone.

OK... well, I believe that love is a try and see situation... you don't know whats right for you, and someday, when you're ready i think god sends you a person to love, and if this fails... he'll probably send you another because thats why we're all here, to love one another...

I do believe in soul mates. I also believe that God gives us lessons that we can grow from. I might be married to my soul mate for 30 years and then what if he dies?? I do not believe that God would want me to be alone for the rest of my life on this earth.

I agree that God has one love for you to spend the rest of your life with. I also believe you can fall in love more than once but it may not be the one he has planed for you to spend your life with.

No. I believe that a person can fall in love more than once. For example, if his or her spouse dies, then he or she can fall in love with another future spouse. For multi spouses, this is the prime example! - Apparently, he has fallen in love with more than one woman, thus demonstrating that there is more than one love. BUT God has said in His word that it is reccomended to have only one spouse.

I thought god delivered the love of my life to me, but she left me. It's been a year, and I see her sometimes, but we're not back together.
I don't believe in god anymore. He never hears my prayers.
