This question has been bothering man kind for ages and ages. Well now I'm fed up. I want the truth! How?

I believe the twinkie is really made in 2 parts and the cream is inserted after the two parts are cooked then they add the cream and put them together. Not sure just a guess hehe

The cream is extruded into the hollow pseudo/synthetic/cake-like dough with a point metal valve.

if you look on the bottom of the twinkie you can see they fill it, poking 2 holes and filling it with cream.
