Of course. According to the bible, everyone should be forgiven. And you should especially pray for the soul of a suicide bomber because he is a lost soul. Remember that story about the man who had 99 sheep, lost one of them, and then obsessed over that lost one until he finally found it? He ignored all of the other perfectly safe sheep, and he celebrated when he found the one. the suicide bomber is that lost soul. He is the one who should be prayed for, even though there are already plenty of souls that have been saved.

Absolutely, God saved Paul who identified himself as the chief sinner. Even a suicide bomber can come to the fullness and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Assuming this is before he decides to kills someone. If he has already committed suicide, it's too late.

No way! Do you think they pray for the souls they are about to destroy? Think not. They are selfish cowards and don't deserve a thought. Anyway praying does nothing apart from make yourself feel less guilty. Don't waste your energy.

Pray for the many inoccent people he has killed, and the families lives he has shattered, for me, I would kill all the suicide bombers family too, maybe then they would think twice

I think it would be the compassionate thing to do. Suicide bombers have been brain washed and have known extremely depressing lives. Although they could not show compassion toward their "enemies", I think it would be only right that their "enemies" showed compassion toward them.

yes, for the soul of a sucide bomber... they should repent themselves to lead a happy life in the earth.. like u and me.. why dont they have to be a sucide bomber...
pray for them to accept CHRIST as their SAVIOUR..

no you shouldn't. they may think they're doing it for a holy cause, but you tell me whats holy about killing a bunch of people, Muslim, Christian, Jew.. whatever. They're brainwashed and maybe the only thing you should pray for is that the people responsible are brought to justice for using religion as a tool for destruction and racial hatred.
