We have been together since January and friends before that, i know he cares about me but he has never said i love you to me.. Only when he is drunk.. is that bad? I want to say i love you to him but i dont want it to be weird

Believe it or not, when a person is drunk, their true emotions surface. Just tell him you love him. Don't let the moment pass you by. You'll regret it later on.

most of all don't tell him you love him when he is drinking or drunk.
he won't remember and it wouldn't mean much to him then.when you are both together and enjoying what ever it is you are doing,tell him . I Love You.
