Most manufacturers now have online instruction manuals, even for older appliances, Search for Belling, I'll be surprised if they don't have same for your "baby" :-)

Not trying to be funny, but it IS a very basic model. Plug it in or if it's the 30Amp version - wire it into the wall, turn the knobs.....stuff gets hot.
