The best and easy exercise for growing taller is that you should stand on your toes facing a wall in your house and raise your hands to touch the wall above your head. Mark the last touched length of your middle finger. Now, follow the same step daily and try to touch beyond the marked line of previous day by raising your toes. You will observed that the marking line is becoming higher and higher. Secondly, hold some parallel beam or a tree trunk with your hands in a play ground, garden or gym and hang yourself down for 15 to 20 minutes daily. Both the exercises will certainly help. You need to be in the growing age. Besides this, you must maintain good eating habits and exercise daily. Take care and be in good health.

There is no herbs in the world that can make you grow taller. Maybe a form of exercise polati or some stretching exercise.

I hear that yoga exercises are the best to help you grow...milk as usual, or anything with calcium.
