Apparently the Nevada boxing commission just came up with some new rules. Can anyone tell me examples of what this might be?

"In addition, starting in January, seconds will now have to pass a written test (like a drivers license test) to demonstrate their knowledge nutrition, weight-loss, concussions and hydration before they are licensed or relicensed."

part of the questions will be knowledge and reporting of scheduled fighters weights 45 days out , who to report, proper record keeping of weight, amount sparred, proper hydration techniques etc.....this info would follow the fighter internationally on his federal I.D. to insure the health of the fighter.....knowledge of banned and legal substances would also be on the test....

"What is your name? How many fingers am I holding up? What color is my blue shirt?" You seem highly intelligent. What is your attraction to boxing? I liked boxing in the 80's when Hearns fought Hagler, now that that was the greatest two rounds in boxing history. But where has the sport gone from there? Muhammad Ali was the greatest boxer ever, not just in the ring. He transcended the sport. Only Charles Chaplain was known around the world as he was. (I know he still is, but only a shadow of his former self). Sugar Ray Robinson may have been the greatest fighter pound for pound.

The best question that I can think of is, " Do you realize that with your every hit, you could end your opponents life if you are not careful?"
