you wont be able to send much best bet is send a money order in to him and ask him he will no sometimes you phone the prison and they are not very helpful at all

soap, stick to soap, they like soap in the pen. you send soap, they'll get it sooner or later, if you know what I mean. Don't try getting cute or smart sending other stuff, send soap. do it man.
