I have it and I also have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. It is something that is painful. One of the best things to do though is exercise. Try doing pilates or yoga but take it easy at first. Stretching your muscles helps too. Sometimes getting on an antidepressant can help you get the fatigue to lessen so it makes it a little easier to get up and move. You are defitely not alone. My father has it too and a lot of time it is genetic. Email me if you would like to talk more about it. I have had it for several years. I have had it since I was really little. mjplaymate@yahoo.com

Yes my mom has it, she had a pain in the elbow, like tennis elbow, feeling lathargic and all her joints hurt. The doctor has put her on amitriptyline and she is wonderful now.
