I've heard that a person continues to grow until the age of 25, but if you are hoping for growth of more than an inch, it's very doubtful. You are probably as tall as you're going to get. I put on a whopping 1/4 of an inch between 18 and 25, but due to age, it's gone now anyway, lol.

Yes, one can grow taller. I did grow taller until I was about 29 years old and added one or two cm more after that. Further on I unfortunately grow in an other direction.

Medically speaking the human body starts degenerating at about 20 years of age.
