What is healthier a Wendy's single hamburger with 1/4 lb hamburger patty, ketchup, dill pickles, tomatoes, and a sandwich bun. Or a 6" Chipotle Cheese Steak with chipotle, bread, tomatoes, steak, and cheese

and by how much healtier do you think the other item is by calories and grams of fat

Subway, ofcourse. They really emphasize the fact that people are losing weight as compared to eating in other fast food restaurants including Wendy's. I think it's the way they prepare it, more meat and less fat and grease or oil. I guess, you'll be able to cut half of the calories in a Wendy's hamburger if you eat Subway instead.

Subway sandwich doesn's have as much fat and calories in It as a Wend's hamburger

well the subway has no grease and wendy's meat normally has some grease, but then in a subway sandwich it has alot more meat than a burger does, so i would have to say that the subway would be less fatning but watch i bet cause i said that it is actualy the wendy's that is less fatning...lol.
