Pilates is the best and you can buy a DVD at your local Target. It will lengthen and strengthen your stomach muscles. Here is a diest that you will lose 52 lbs in 2 1/2 months. I did it, it works, but you have to like grapefruit.

Breakfast

1/2 glass grapefruit juice or grapefruit
2 eggs cooked any way
1 slice bacon

If you are on the go you can do the juice and an apple with peanut butter.

Lunch

1/2 glass grapefruit
chicken/ beef/ Tuna or fish any meat cooked any way even fried
salad with any dressing

Dinner

1/2 glass grapefruit
meat any way, as much as u want
veg. any kind as much as u want

Snack

V-8 or a 1/2 glass skim milk

grapefruit is a catalyst and burns fat so if you drink it with most of your meals, your weight will come off faster

How did you lose 60 lbs in a month? I know with all the baby weight gained during your prenancy it's suppose to come around 30 lbs. That's cuz of baby, breast, placenta, etc. So as for losing the last 40 lbs. good luck cuz I'm still trying to lose weight from my first child that I had last year.

lots of exercise!! cut your carbs or fat and count your calories. I like to do zigzag diets to keep my body from getting a lowered metabolism and to keep the weight loss the same as the first week. You diet for a week or two, cut your calories a little lower every couple days, then take a 3 day break don't pig out though continue counting your calories but allow yourself more.
example
monday-tues 1500 cals
weds-thurs 1200 cals
fri-sat 1000 cals
sun-mon-tues jump back up to 1500-1800 cals so you don't slow your metabolism, you get to treat yourself and you don't feel deprived. Good luck. I found this method really helps me lose weight fast.

I really enjoy walking . You can go to the part and push your baby in the stroller. They will love it. Just watch wait you eat and drink plenty of water. I also love working out to Denise Austin DVD. She also has a web site with alot of great tips.

first off, drink plenty of water, if you don't like water like me, drink crystal light, also eat 6 small meals a day, not 3 big ones, do leg lifts for ur tummy, and also lay in the floor as if to do crunches, leave arms strait to side next to you and lift urself up reaching arms forward yet still on the floor, do one mississippi up, one mississippi down. for legs do lunges and lifts. get urself a tai bo tape, tai bo helps a lot, it works really good. good luck
