Depends on whos tiolet! If its a public one, chances are they dont want you nosing in, if its your toilet id say its up to you! If its someone elses tiolet, I guess im left wondering what your doing listening to the noies in other peoples toilets!! LOL JK

Make sure they still flush, crying is no excuse for being disgusting and stinking up the place. Be nice and considerate, but insist on the flushing thing. Oh yeah, if it's a guy and there are females around make sure that he flushes, puts the seat up when he's done and washes his hands. Girls notice these things, and when he's all done whining and crying he can resume trying to get the girls again, like before he was crying. If it's a girl, then I don't know, except flushing. everyone need to flush, please!!

Close the door and leave them alone. When they come out, offer to take them out for ice cream. Rinse, Repeat.

Knock on the door politely, softly and say "Excuse me, are you alright, when you come out we could talk about whatever it is that is bothering you?", or something in that manner.
