There is a difference between sex and having an ejaculation.
He may need that position to actually come. But you can start in a variety of positions.
My advice is to slow down. Don't rush into intercourse.
Gently brushing your breasts and your clitoris with his hands should begin foreplay. He needs to know how to do that, so you should describe it to him "Like brushing away dust" or something he will understand. Light as a feather there buddy.
And then taking you down, missionary style. He needs to work out his abs and his biceps so that this position is easy for him and not strained. Remember, the skin of his torso is disengaged from contact with you in this position, so he's not getting all that stimulation - it's only a genital contact. He shouldn't be crushing you, but be suspended above you. That's why he needs to pump some iron, so that he can do this without getting exausted.
