I weigh around 140 right now and I was wondering around how much weight I'd lose if I drank the Slim Fast shakes for like a month and only ate fruits/vegetables in that month? - I also do 300 situps a day.

Anyway, about 20lbs is my guess.

DONT DROP WEIGHT TOO FAST!!!
Your skin will get all baggy and gross, then you will think your fat and go grazy and start puking everything you eat!

Your beautiful the way you are.
Loose some weight but take it easy.

Diets don't helps as much as jogging does!

You need to exercise as well. They suggest 30 minutes minimum a day of cardio exercise. You will probably get sick if you only eat fruits and veggies along with the shakes. The shakes do not have enough in them to sustain health with just fruits and veggies. They have a website that has plans to maximize weight loss. You would end up rebounding with the plan of sticking to fruits and veggies very quickly when you start eating balanced again. I bet if you ate balanced you would lose 10-15lbs with exercise.

You would lose about 10-15 pounds believe me, as long as you eat fruits and vegetables because if you dont slim fast has a tendency to make you constipated.

i used slim fast before and it worked dramtically. i drank a shake for breakfast and lunch. i ate a small dinner, portioned size dish and eat fruits and salads, and pretzels during the day. excerised everyday around my house and lost 40 pounds in two months. just a reminder when u stop drinking it you will gain half the weight back, i gained 20 pounds back in a month. good luck

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

id think you'd probably lose about 20lbs. but the sit-ups mainly tone you so try running jogging or doing workout videos that keep you moving instead of on the floor doing sit-ups or push ups. i guarantee that you will lose more that way, your weight seems like a good size already though, but i am not you and if your insecure or whatever it is not my place to tell you that you look fine...but anyways good luck to you!

you need to add walking or riding a bike or jogging for like 30 minutes a day, you could maybe lose up to 15 pounds if you work really hard.

Slim fast does not work well for me. Your other suggestions are all good though

WHy dont you just keep eating good food and keep up with the exercise...A safe way to lose is the best for your health.
