I bought two parakeets (wings not clipped)i think two years ago one male one femaile and they were in love so two years later we found one flying in our backyard from a cat so we took him and put him in the same cage of our two other birds. now the two males are always together and the female is by her self what should i do should i buy another cage and and another female parakeet and separte them i would really appreciate it if you answer me as soon as possible

Aw, pore little third-wheel parakeet. I would get her another partner if I were you. She lost her first one to another man! That's rough!

If you feel that the female bird is lonesome then it may be best to get another bird. What is weird with parakeets is that when they are both of the same sex, they can be great buddies, or you can have one of each sex and that is a pair. Actually, it is fortunate that the 3rd one that you found was a male, because 2 males and a female parakeet in the same cage does not pose a problem. In parakeets, it is the female birds who will fight in order to have the only available male. So, your choices are either to leave them as they are and watch her be lonesome or get another cage and get her a new boyfriend. The other one turned out to be a cheat. Maybe when he sees that she has a new man, he will have some regrets. LOL

you are able to attempt. we use to ought to parakeets that we kept mutually. one male one woman. they were previous, we were given them from my gramparents even as they surpassed. one died, in the month the different one died of a heartache we guessed cuz he starved himself. so i do not recognize it that can assist cuz it did not help ours yet its extra constructive to attempt then now to not. :) desire this enables.
