There are a couple of places in the English translations.
Exodus 34:28 And he was there with Yahu'eh forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.
Deuteronomy 4:13 And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.
Deuteronomy 10:4 And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which Yahu'eh spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and Yahu'eh gave them unto me.
The Hebrew word translated commandments is "debarim" ussually translated "words" or "ten words". The ten words in Hebrew are translated ,,,,( Deuteronomy 6:5) "And thou shalt love thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." in English with a clear meeaning.
It is interesting that the Hebrew word "mitsvot" is not used which is ussually translated in English versions as "commandments".
Yahushua confirmed this as the Greatest commandment in the witness found in the four evangels:
Matithyahu/Matthew 22:35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
22:36 Rabbi, which is the great commandment in the law?
22:37 said unto him, Thou shalt love thy Elohim with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
22:38 This is the first and great commandment.
22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

You won't find the words "Ten commandments", but they are there.
You won't find the word "Trinity" either, but the concept is taught in the Bible.
You won't find the word "Ascension" either, but that does not mean Christ did not ascend.
Scriptural myopia, or nearsightedness, is a legalistic disease where people take the Bible too literally, resulting in false teachings. This has been the case with every heresy that has plagued the Church for the first 800 years. All the heresiarchs were "Bible only" literalists and that is why there are thousands of denominations all with different interpretations claiming to be guided by the Holy Spirit.
No one can prove the inerrancy, the canon, the authority of the Bible apart from Sacred Tradition (from where it came from in the first place.)

Exodus 20:1-17 and Deuteronomy 10:1-5 are where you will find what are commonly referred to as the "ten commandments." It is also known as "The Decalogue" or ten rules/words.

Exodus 20; it does not say these are the 10 commandments. It says and these are the commandments that I have given unto you/ am about to give unto you. Something to that effect. I wish you all the best with the Exodus! It's a beautiful book!

i don't know what you read. great discoveries should be shared. all i know is the 10 commandments on the tablets were written once by GOD. those were smashed and moses had to write them again.
exodus is the book where they were out in the wilderness by mt sinai.
there were other commandments given at various times, but you have to know who they were written to and why.
there have been tablets in paleo hebrew found on private property just south of rio grande in albuquerqe. i know the pastor personally that has been there. it is well guarded. you have to go thru a university or something to get in.

They may not be labeled the "ten commandments". They were commandments given to Moses to communicate to his people, and there were 10 of them. Exodus, I think.
