Sunspots are spots on the sun, caused by fluctuations in the magnetic field. I'm so confused!

Well I really don't think you can remove "sunspots". Those are basically ionic storms on the surface of the sun. If you do find a way to remove them there are probably a lot of scientists who would be very interested in meeting you.
As for "age spots", a condition of darkened skin surrounded by lighter skin, I have no idea.
