This is a bit embarrasing, but for the past week or so, I have constantly had the urge to pee. Even right after I go, I feel like I have to go. Why is this, and what can I do.

Could it have anything to do with puberty, I'm 14.

I've been feeling perfectly normal (other than having "the urge"), although I have a bit of a cold. But other than those 2 things, I feel perfectly normal!!

It's sounds like it's probably a bladder infection, but I haven't really had any symtoms, except the urge. Could it still be a bladder infection?

if you're not drinking more liquids than usual you should see a doctor. having to go all the time is a symptom for a lot of different conditions.

There are a few things it could be.

1) You could have a urinary infection caused by an STD or something else.

2) You could have an enlarged prostate. This would be very unusual in a 14-yo boy, but is possible.

3) You could be masturbating too much. Several powerful ejaculations can irritate the urethra so that it feel like you need to urinate.

If you think that excessive masturbation is not the cause, go to the doctor.

Probably a bladder infection. no big deal. go to your doctor. They will have some medicine for you and they will tell you to drink cranberry juice. Does your lower stomach burn when you go to the bathroom. Make sure you go to your doctor and get it taken care of.

It has nothing to do with puberty.

This is not a puberty problem. Check with your doctor as it may be bladder problems or diabetes. Have you been feeling thirsty and hungry a lot? How about sweating for no reason and irritability?
