You should try and use cocoa butter or hydro-cortisone cream it should relive the redness and itchiness that you have. Just try to keep it clean and don't scratch it. You might think I'm crazy but someone told me that the water you boil while your cooking your rice will help with eczema, just take some water out let and let it cool down to about lukewarm and pat it on the area or even the juice from a potato, the juice has alot of vitamin C. Check this web site out. www.indiangyan.com/books/healthbooks/food_that_heal/potato.shtml

There is a traditional chinese medical herbal wash called "Yin Care" that is really good for all kinds of skin problems. You can buy it online for about $17-20 for 4 ounces. You usually dilute it to 10-50%, soak gauze in it and play the gauze on the affected area for about 15 minutes twice a day. It takes a little while but it will cure eczema althogether or keep it away for a long time. It worked for me for a rash I had on my arm for almost a year. I had tried everything before I used this stuff. It took about a month but it went away and never came back. It's very gentle and fine to use in children.

There is only one cure for eczema. I did it and it works. It's the only thing that did and because doctors can't sell it they don't talk about it. ICE!
Check out www.thecureforeczema.com. Do it and a month from now you'll be eczema free. But you must follow the directions to the letter.
Good Luck!

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Lubriderm lotion works well and use lukewarm water in the shower. Water that is too hot or too cold will dry your skin out even more. Pat your skin dry and moisturize directly after showering when you're still damp. This will help with maximum absorbtion of the lotion.
See a dermatologist for a prescription if it is an extreme case or does not resolve.

Neoral; it's a immunosuppressant. It's not natural, it's a last resort for extreme cases, but it's he only thing I've known that works.
Also, you could try avoiding tomatoes and sitrus fruit.
