I believe I read somewhere that America has the fastest growing rate of obese people. Too many fast food places, all you can eat places, a large plate does not mean fill your food to the edge of the plate. If you go out to eat, thinking that you aren't going to eat as much as usual, you had better stay at home and eat, a small meal. I find that buying those dinners, frozen, with how many calories are in it, are satisfying, and then you also know how much fat and so on that you take in. It really works.I buy the better frozen foods, name brands.

United States is the mot overweight nation.
Americans live in an environment in which it’s hard not to become overweight or obese. We have so many fast food restaurants, so many bars, so much junk food and we often get bombarded with so many food images through our television sets that on a weekly basis we eat out several times!! Not only we have fast food places and restaurants in every other corner but the prices are usually pretty low... Just look at the dollar menu!

Just spend a couple weeks in the Scandinavian countries and then fly back to the U.S. and see what's walking down the concourse in the airport at Detroit. We are among the fattest, and we're surely the sloppiest. America, let's get with it!

our lovely united states. Everything is so easy here. In other countries most people can't afford fast food at a daily rate. In the U.S, there are both the fitest people in the world and the fatest people in the world.
